Bring towels

Reply from management was slow. 8 people on trip and only enough towels for one day—had to wash towels daily, no bathmats, only like 2 washcloths. Extra towels in cabinet were wet!!!!!! Would not stay again

Horrible experience with this property

We actually checked out of this property the day after we checked in. Communication with the property manager was extremely poor. We did not get any type of welcome message with info and it took 4 days to get access code which we did not receive until we were at the front gate. This entire process was stressful. Upon entry we were greeted with the smell of rotting fish (seemed to be from garbage disposal). The place was generally dirty - ie stuff smeared on counters walls cabinets fridge etc. absolutely gross. I went and purchased cleaning supplies and ran garbage disposal with bleach and water. Only resolved the odor a little. Pool area had pavers popped up bricks scattered around with holes where they were missing. No pool toys. We did not have pool heat we paid an extra 370 for and no communication on when it might be turned on. The community is gated but no security- ie anyone can come and go. It was packed with cars parked on grass and blocking street access. Wild parties all night - this us a great development for party people. Not so much if you want some peace. The games in game room were broken. No toaster and the house has limited kitchen supplies. Blinds were broken throughout the house. The last staw for us was when we went to bed and discovered soiled linens on several beds. One had clear blood stains not sure what the others were from and don’t want to know. I reached out to manager and after 12 hours no response we left. I write this a week later and still no response. I filed a dispute with vrbo but despite being listed and reserved here this is a partner managed property so any issues they just direct you to contact property manager (lol). In other words there is no apparent vrbo guarantees on this property. So essentially we are out a few thousand dollars. I would give this property negative stars if possible.
