• CHECKING IN AND OUT
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM

• STOREY LAKE PARKING
- Parking is free.
- No street parking.
- No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
- The community allows up to 10 cars to enter the resort per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.
-Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, recreational vehicles or watercraft is not permitted.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Hot water problems in house and spa

Overall the house was very nice the main issue is having a house that sleeps 20 people and after one person takes a 5 min shower the rest of house has to take an ice cold one and then paying extra for pool heat and spa that did not work at all besides last day and was green i was told its because the weather outside is cold and it was in the 80,s that week and i never had this issue at any other house i stayed at when the maintenance guy came to check the hot water in house and spa was told there system can not handle that size house and that the heater for spa has a malfunction that it takes really long to get hot also the bbq i rented was so dirty it caught a grease fire and there was no tools for us to clean it with at all so it was a waste of money i really feel that if you charge extra for somthing it should work and come with everything needed
