Experience this stunning, open and bright Solterra home away from home! This spectacular 7bd/5.5bath features an amazing game room, pool/jacuzzi, and a well-thought out design in every bedroom. From the time that you enter this home, you are welcomed by an open and elegant floorplan. The home's calm and serene main living area, dining room, and amazing kitchen all accompany one another as your family and friends enjoy the amazing space. The dining area sits up to 12 individuals with additional seating in the counter area!

As soon as you walk into the welcoming foyer, a beautiful coral and seashell King bedroom awaits to your right. The first King master bedroom located on the bottom floor features an en-suite with immediate access to the patio area. The amazing star-wars themed garage to the left of your entrance is equipped with theater seating, LED lighting, pool table and air hockey table for a morning, afternoon, or evening of fun for the entire group.

Heading up to the second floor of the home you are greeted by a surf-themed sitting area with a large flat-screen TV surrounded by the other five bedrooms of the home. As soon as you arrive to the second floor, you will feel invited by a Mickey-themed triple twin bedroom that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a Finding Nemo double twin over full bunk bedroom! You then are embraced by three more King- Sized bedrooms; a royal blue en-suite providing an elegant double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.
No queen beds, all of the adult rooms are kings; furnished with you in mind!

Lovely House

Celebrated my Birthday with 9 other ladies, house is very nice. Plenty of room. Everyone loved the game room/movie theater. My only complaint, they didn't have any dish cloths, pot holders, etc in kitchen. Other small issues were taken care of right away. We had a great time!

Great Family House

We had 11 of us, ranging from 9 to 73 and the house was perfect for all of us. The location was great for meal options and getting to the parks in a timely manner. We had a great stay.

Lovely accommodations. Wish there was a supply kit that could be added to the rental to provide supplies need for the full stay such as toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish cloth.

Family Christmas

We had 2 family’s for Christmas. Great place to spread out or all sit together at table and play games and cards. Used pool table and movie theater room every day/night. Would stay here again

Wonderful week at Solterra

We had a few hiccups to sort out upon arrival- our pool heating was not turned on and our barbecue was unusable (drip tray had been taken out and was completed rotted). I emailed the customer service over both issues and a new barbecue arrived the next day and we were given pool heat for the rest of our day (paid for 5 days) for the inconvenience. An excellent stay! Only issue was the insane traffic on the I-4 getting back and forth to the Disney resorts!

The house was as advertised. The entire process was simple and enjoyable. We hd plenty of space and enjoyed all the house had to offer. Even when we had a slight issue with the bed the host was able to get someone over within a short time to fix it .

Great house

Wonderful house as described. One bed on the main level is broken and we couldn’t get one fan to work. Lovely layout and great backyard. Pool nice and warm as we paid for pool heat. Great clubhouse just a busy area on the freeways!

Spacious home

The home looked just like the pictures! Plenty of space for everyone. Great layout that provided privacy among all family members. Pool was so relaxing both morning and night!! Only negative, if I had to list any, would be instructions for the water heater. First night we ask ended up with cold showers. We were able to figure it out and everything heated up nicely for the rest of our stay 😁 Neighborhood was quiet and nicely kept. Would stay again.

Girls Trip 2023

Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us in this well-kept gated community. The theater room was awesome, and the AC was so cool we all enjoyed this room. The TV upstairs in the seating area is just as big as the theater room TV. We enjoyed our stay at this home with enough room for 14 people. Thanks again

Nice Place to relax

This was not the house I originally booked , but due to an AC issue I was reassigned to this property. The house was clean and it was a nice place to stay. We did have an issue with the home's door code not opening the front door. After calling the property manager's office they gave me a new code that worked. The wifi and AC went out for about an hour and a half. They sent someone to fix it. Management was very responsive of any complaints.

Lovely spacious home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this spacious place. The heated pool and garage media room were very popular with the kids. And Disney World is just a few minutes away. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. You'll need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. There is a Roku device for streaming on the big TV but no remote, so we downloaded the app on a phone and it worked fine. My only negative comment would be the traffic backup at the main entrance since there is only way in and out of the development. Overall a great Thanksgiving location with family!

Ready to return

Overall we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others. There were a few minor issues that I did see in prior reviews as well. Remotes didn’t work for Roku and fans. Possibly could use a few notes around the house to help with using stuff around the house. However, we were so busy, we really didn’t have much time at the house/resort. But the time we did have was perfect!

Disney family vacation

The house was exactly as pictured and worked out very well for all of us(13 total). There were a few disappointments though, it was hard to do big family meals with the pans and utensils that were there. Just a few more would work wonders. The screen door to the pool hasn’t been fixed yet and I had read that from earlier reviews also shower doors ran very hard on the tracks( also in prior reviews). It would have been wonderful to have a few more amenities to start with an extra garbage bag, an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms,a couple dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Overall it was a very nice place and busy. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Awesome stay

My family and I absolutely loved this property!!! The property looks exactly like the photos. The beds were soft, pool felt amazing, even the clubhouse was perfect. Literally my ONLY complaint was the fact we had ANTS in the bathrooms AND bedrooms upstairs. The ants were in sinks, showers and on top of dressers. I called the rental number to see if anything can be done about it, and someone took a message and thats it. Other than that everything else was great. We were minutes away from all attractions. All in all I would stay here again just aslong as there are no ANTS in the rooms/bathrooms

EXCELLENT STAY!!

No regrets booking this beautiful home for a family vacation! Looks exactly as pictured. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood resort. Excellent communication and checking in was a breeze. The home was equipped with everything needed for a family of 11 (7 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, 1 toddler) from the kitchen, to pool towels. Comfy beds, spacious. Definitely enough room where we didn't feel as though we were 'bumping' into each other. The only minor 'hiccup' is parking. In the future, hopefully they will provide parking specs for this specific home as we had 1 large SUV, 1 mid-size SUV and a standard sedan, which the drive-way could not accommodate. However, there are other spaces in the neighborhood for overflow, though they tend to fill up quickly. Nevertheless, we had an awesome 7-day stay and would definitely book in the future for Orlando vacations!
