  • Welcome to this fully furnished two-story home located in Solterra Resort, ideal for large families and groups visiting Central Florida.

    This property features 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 3,632 sq ft of comfortable living space. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous dining and living areas designed for gathering and relaxation.

    Enjoy your private screened-in pool and spa after a day at the parks. A half bath is conveniently located downstairs for pool access, and a pool table is available in the garage.

    Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day (2-day minimum) and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

    Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet. Service animals are exempt with proper documentation.

    Grill rental - we can arrange a medium gas grill rental for an additional fee upon request.

    Parking is limited to the driveway (up to 3 vehicles) and designated overflow areas. Community towing policies are strictly enforced.

Didn't have enough towels for the amount of people that was there Then the towels was wet when we got there.And the house had roaches everywhere we had to go by spray and a iron cause the 1 there didn't work Pool table leg was broke couldn't use it
