HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
PARKING • The house can accommodate up to two cars: one in the garage and one in the driveway. • No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property. • No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES • All amenities are open to the guests. • The pool area, which includes a splash pad, an 18-hole mini-golf course, and a volleyball court, is open from dawn to dusk. • There's a card to access the clubhouse and pools in an acrylic box next to the property main door. Please remember to return the card to the box after use. Failure to return the card will result in an additional charge of $50.
TRASH • Recycling collection occurs on Monday, and trash collection is on Friday. • The recycling bin can be placed on the street Sunday evening after 6 PM and must be returned to the garage by Monday at 6 PM. • Trash can be placed outside on Thursday after 6 PM and must be returned to the garage by Friday at 6 PM. • Bins must not be visible outside on non-collection days; they should be stored in the garage to avoid HOA violations.
QUIET HOURS • Please respect “quiet time” between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am; • Remember to keep the noise down.
The HOA will be conducting scheduled building inspections in the community between March and May 2026 as part of routine maintenance. Authorized contractors may be working around some buildings during this period. These activities are expected to have minimal impact on guests’ stay and use of the property.

The property was amazing! Everyone loved it. As a family of 5, 2 being under 5 and one a teenager, it is always nice to have a spot where everyone can have their own sleeping space and even a space to just hang out if need be, this place had it. My little kids absolutely loved the Mickey room. Easy to book, easy to follow all instructions given before arrival and quick responses to any messages sent.
Location was great. We didn't use too many services or amenities in the area as most days we were up and out early and back late, but property is close to grocery store, places to eat and Dunkin Donuts.
Would definitely stay here again!
