Clean, nice, but fire alarms went off multiple times

The place fit our needs and was nice enough. However, I sent emails three times letting them know about fire alarms going off at all hours of the day and night, and still have yet to hear a reply: “Just wanted you to know that the fire alarms went off for the third time for a couple of minutes at 10:40pm while we were sleeping. We have to get up at 5:30am, so this wasn’t a welcome addition to our sleep routine. Why does this happen multiple times a day? Again, we aren’t cooking, don’t have anything going that could cause it within reason. I would advise your cleaning team to clean all the detectors as cobwebs, insects, or dirt that can be a common cause of false alarms. It’s also a danger and liability for you since we are now conditioned to ignore the alarms.If there is anything we can do to stop this, please advise.” I also texted and emailed to ask for a late checkout but only got ahold of someone once I called during regular hours. So generally, the communication wasn’t great, and the fire alarms going off during naps and at night were super jarring. Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay.
