This 4BR/3BR home is so close to Disney that you can see the fireworks at night from the front yard. 15 minutes to DisneyWorld, less than 30 minutes to
Universal Studios. Plenty of space to spread out while resting up for your next adventure.

Your own south-facing heated pool and hot tub (optional small fee for heating) in the back yard are very private from the neighbors. New lounge chairs
in the pool area, with some pool floaties. Pool/beach towels and beach toys included. We are the perfect fit for families, with a City Mini GT
stroller and a City Mini GT double stroller, as well as books and games. Garage games room has pool and foosball. Guest WIFI, cable TV included.

New owners in 2021, with many updates. Theme bedrooms have all new bedding, bed frames, and mattresses. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, sound machine,
ceiling fans, night lights, power strips with USB, and blackout curtains. Hard flooring throughout the home, with some updated furniture and decor.
All new pots and pans, dishes, and kids' dishes.

Two neighborhood parks and walking paths make you feel right at home, but also SO CLOSE to all the reasons you want to vacation in this area.

The Disney themed bedding can be changed out for more neutral bedding to accommodate your party. Just let us know!

Perfect for Families

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Everything was thought of when it came to travelers and kiddos. It was very conveniently located to everything that we wanted to see and do while in Florida for the week. The property manager was also very accommodating when the pool temperature was a little chilly. He came right over and turned on the heat for us. Definitely recommend for other families and would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place!

My friend and I were scrambling to find a place after the one we had booked had to cancel due to damage from the hurricane. We found this place and couldn’t have been happier! The pool and hot tub area is so relaxing! The beds were super comfy and the living room was cozy. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. There isn’t much extra in regard to toilet paper and paper towels so if you have a large family you may want to bring extra however, we had everything we needed. Would totally stay again!

We enjoyed the property. It was as advertised. We enjoyed all the information and lists of what was in the rooms. Pool was great. Our teens enjoyed having one to themselves. The game room was a bit too! I would choose this place again!

Perfect home for a family with young kids.

The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Great Family Home

Pros: The house is clean. The neighborhood is safe. The house meets our expectations and David responds quickly. Cons: They should include more detergent and paper towel. Also, the AC limit is difficult since it is very hot in Florida. Overall, this is a great house for family and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our VRBO Vacation

Everything was great. Good location for the Disney Parks. Only one issue. I am suspecting a rental group directly behind us and one house to the right, did not respect the people around them. At least three nights they were partying into the morning, one morning 4:30, loud booming music, with a lot of shouting shouting and yelling. Hope we left the house the same way we found it. Thanks. AL

Good but room for improvement

The property listing is very accurate, even in the way it eludes to the decoration and furniture being gradually updated. The pictures are a true representation of the property's appearance. Some of the features are a little dated but it is clear that investment is being made. The couches in the lounge area should perhaps be next on the list as they offer little support. The headboard on the master bed needs attention as it creaks with any movement. The main negative was an obvious old blood stain on the master linen. We swapped it for another off one of the spare beds but this should not have been put on the bed in the first place. The pool area in lovely with good seating and loungers. The kitchen is well equipped with all you could need. The extra large cool box in the garage was great for out trip to the beach and there are plenty of extras for families with young children. The location is very convenient for access to Disney and Universal parks as well as numerous shops and restaurants. With a little more investment and a little more attention to detail this could be a 5 star property.

Just right for “Lazy Liv’Inn” & Close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay. This house met the needs of our family and the host was very responsive and did so quickly. I’d definitely consider staying here again. We booked this place because it was listed as being close to Disney which is accurate. We stayed here because for this trip we were dropping our daughter off for the Disney College Program and wanted to be close…well it was! Using the toll road right by the house we were able to get to our daughter’s program check in place in about 10 minutes. The owners have all types of games that can be played to increase family fun time. We hadn’t played “Uno” in a long time and & we enjoyed every minute, making memories. We also enjoyed being able to chill out in the pool area. The privacy of the area was an added bonus too! The only cons were not being able to control the thermostat because it’s remotely controlled…I understand because electricity is costly but at times it did get too hot or too cold. Being able to control it ourselves would have been better. We also noticed ants on the trash can & it looked as if some had been sprayed before we got there but no one got them up. It would have also been nice to have dish detergent or dishwasher tabs…at least 1 to start off with. These were no big deal though. Lazy Liv’inn was just what we needed. Overall if you’re looking to book this property, do it! You should be pleased!

Stayed for 2 weeks. Spacious villa, very clean on arrival including everything you need for a 2 week area. Lovely pool area with hot pool and plenty of space and shade. Close to Disney with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Would stay here again.
