Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

The unit was dirty, half cleaned, inside and out. Hot tub was out of order, along with a number of other things. The property management team was not very responsive. And our stay wasn’t at a busy time… They’ve lost our business for sure!!! Sincerely, A Very Dissatisfied Guest

Our stay

Our stay was just fine. We had a few issues along the way. The hot tub on the patio didn't work and couldn't be fixed during our stay, the upstairs bathroom toilet was running and didn't work properly, the upstairs master TV didn't work. We paid for a BBQ grill 50$ and there was no propane . Communication with the property was very good and they did attend to all of my concerns it was just disappointing but didn't ruin our vacation what so ever. The community pool was not far from the house so we utilized this often. Upon checking out I left my jacket behind we came back and met housekeeping who says they found my car keys but no clothing I doubt that but the keys were more important I will call the jacket a loss. We had to purchase laundry soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent that we left there. They do give you some things to start but 2 dishwasher tabs, and 3 garbage bags, and a small roll of paper towels didn't cut it for a week stay. It's also difficult to find these things in sample size for a weeks stay so it was unfortunate that alot went to waste. It was difficult trying to keep the house clean with a broom that is long over do for replacement and they have a mop and bucket but no floor cleaner.. maybe stock the house with some basic cleaning products.. If you are driving you can bring your own things but not possible when you fly. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again just maybe in a different unit.
