Thank you for share your experience and you like our house in general. The house absolutely no mold, otherwise it is impossible for us to receive so many 5 stars review. Florida is very humid and the bathroom you mentioned is in queen suite that has a door to pool area. When people out of pool, it is natural people will go to this bathroom to take shower, thus it is heavily used and could have some water marks, then with dust, looks like mold. I asked my property manager to check, he confirmed me there is no mold but they did conducted a deep cleaning of the mentioned bathroom and repainted the baseboard and door frame. Thank you again

We conducted a weeklong renovation and update, included changed all appliances to stainless steel appliances, replace bedding, pillows and yes, digital lock. Unfortunately, my property manager only provides one extra roll of toilet paper, if people stay longer or have more people in their party, they do expect to buy their own supplies.

When the guest stayed in my house. My property manager visited the house and asked them if everything ok, they did not complain anything. However a day after they departed, they called VRBO asked for refund and compensation. When I was brought on the phone I politely asked again what is wrong, she replied everything is wrong: the parking, the pool and the gas BBQ grill etc. I am confused this a single family house with two car garage. The car supposedly to be parked on driveway. It turns out they celebrate their kids’ birthday, there must be much more cars drive by and many people stayed in my property when house rule clearly said no party. Regards pool heating: we told they in advance the pool and spa heating fee are extra. They decide to wait and not pay the fee. However the first email they sent to me was “the pool water is only 70F, not 85F, you need to get it fixed.” I reminded they again there is a fee for pool heating, finally they paid for next two days and my property manager turn it on the next day and he told them he will leave the pool heater on for 24 hour to warm it up quicker then he will come back tomorrow to switch it back to 12 hours a day. He was doing them a favor to make them happy. We can not say everything in the house is perfect but we tried our best to maintain the house to its best condition. As a matter of fact, only this year we upgraded 2 bathroom and kitchen’s countertop to granite, we replaced all bedrooms floor and the dining set is brand new. We received many 5 stars reviews and returned customers. Just read a few more to get the whole pictures. This guest is different, all she did is blackmail and cheating. I will not yell to this kind of behaviors. I rejected her request

We have 2 pack N play in house and we used to have highchair in the house but have no clue where it went. We just purchased a brand-new pool table which are waiting to be assembled. Hockey table works but its start button is not functioning, so people who use it need to turn on and off by plug and unplug the power. Sorry for that. It will be on our next to do list :-)

The one day gap is a policy in Pandemic. Right now there is no requirement for that any more. I will check our advertise and remove it. Property manager told me the air hockey works but it is the connect wire that had issue and was replaced already. We learned pool cue was broken from the guest and we immediately ordered a new set but it takes time to deliver. If guest need any repair we suggest they leave the key in lockbox. Otherwise when property manager found time to come, the guest may not in the house. Our property manager manages 30-50 houses. It is impossible be there immediately 100% of time when thing happen. Please be realistic.

This community is a short term rental community, it is extremely tough to find at the time who is occupied the house next to us and there is nothing we can do except call police. Good news is police will step in if after midnight there is still a loud party. Next week could be complete different scenario. Yes, we do charge $40 per week for using of gas BBQ grill and guest will need to clean up after using it. Unfortunately some guest forgot to do that. We will ask cleaning lady to double check before they lock it again. Thank you again for choosing our proerty for your vacation.

I am sorry to hear this guest had a less than satisfactory experience, but I believe there is some misunderstanding here. First, regarding deep cleaning, we do deep cleaning once a year which takes at least 2-3 days. In this process, we will steam clean the grout, caulking the bathrooms and kitchen wet area, touch up paintings, replace old sheets and towels, as well as clean the house from top to bottom. This includes cleaning the fan blades, power washing, etc. However, it is impossible to do this every time guests move in and out. We must choose a slow season, such as September or October to begin deep cleaning. When Amy complained about the grout, I told her that we address that in deep cleaning, but unfortunately, we had no time in the summer, when the property was fully rented. That said, our property manager David is extremely responsive. Had the guest called my property manager, David could come and do some spot cleaning, if necessary, yet there was no call. As matter of fact, David told me this guest never called him for any issue. If guests have any issue with the house, please contact our professional management company. They are local and they are there to help.

Thank you for the candid review. In summer we have back to back almost every booking. When some guests feel it is not big deal to stay little longer in the house but that can easily cause cleaning lady do not have enough time to dry all the towels, most of time they have to wash multiple loads of them (all the sheets & towels). We usually do deep cleaning off season but may not be practical in summer

Thank you. We hired professional cleaning service. I suggest for some of issues you reported, rather than unhappy late, you should call property manager immediately. David is very responsive to guest's complain and he will try to resolve mostly next day

We sent repairman twice but the guest refused to let them in. Eventually we have to wait for the guest left to replaced the AC. The average temperature in these days they stay is 68F. Maybe that is why they do not want the AC to be fixed, rather than use it as excuse for full refund. They did send request via VRBO and asked full refund

This review is unfair. It is true there might be guest put hot drink on coffee table or dinning table which left a mark; we can not change tables every time the guest made accident. The house was cleaned by professional cleaning company and managed by licensed property manager. The entire house covered by either tiles or hardwood floor, no carpet, and it is heavily rented property. You might see a small cracks on one of the tile or tiny gap between floor due to earth movement, however the guest exaggerated the issue dramatically. When we understand that we can not please every guest, we always try our best to serve our guest. I encourage people to see other reviews that posted recently.

I am sorry to hear that the guest has less than satisfactory experiences. We hired pool company to do pool maintenance on weekly base. They do not tell us exact what time they will come but I will ask them to knock on the door first to tell guest who they are going forward. Cutting grass is HOA's responsibility. Maybe the guest parked their car too close to grass otherwise I can not imagine the worker do not cleaning up after mow the lawn. For any repair guest need to contact property manager. If not emergency property manager will arrange repair according to their work load and schedule. I checked my property manager regards to what repair this guest referred to but my property manager told me during 10/11 to 10/14 he did not receive any repair request or call from this guest.
