Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
The hotel stuff was lovely and very helpful. My daughters also loved their pool facilities and the onsite Starbucks.

Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration
Arrived shortly after the advertised 4pm check in time and was told the unit was cleaned yet. Waited 90 minutes to get the key. Bugs crawling on the walls of the unit. Were never given wristbands which are required for pool entry.
