I like that there were vegetarian options in all the restaurants. Not many but at least some. Check in staff and cashiers in cafeteria were ok. Just doing their job, not exactly happy to be there. The hotel itself was ok. I wouldn’t have paid a little extra for the Volcano view, had I known It would be at the back of the hotel. What a walk. At least it’s was close to Volcano Bay. No free breakfasts here, not even coffee. There is coffee to make in the room but no sugar or creamer, these you can find in the cafeteria though, and you need to get your own water. You can get water free in a small cup in the cafeteria. All very basic. You can text to get food and that’s a plus. The pools and lazy river are also really nice. Our stay was nice. Everything is priced as you would expect.

The room was not as expected. Lots of wear and tear on the furniture, bath tub was peeling, paint was peeling and lots of chips and peeling on the furniture, not to mention it smelled funky. I would opt to stay elsewhere the next time around.

The place is huge and I would say more than ok for a 3 star resort. The only downer is after u pay for close to $300 for a night they will also charge you $25/day for parking.
