holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, 15 min walk from the beach of cabo roig and the shopping center of La Zenia.
Orihuela Costa at 50 km from Alicante, 10 km from Torrevieja: pleasant maritime climate throughout the year, ideal for hibernate.
Large garden where you can Barbequen and large solarium on the roof.
3 bedrooms: in bedroom 1 there is one double bed, in bedroom 2 there are two separate beds. You can also convert the sofa in the living room into a sofa bed for 1 person. 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. open kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine and coffee machine.
Bed linen and towels included
Biggest asset: close to the beach, shopping centers, bars and restaurants!
Air conditioning in the large bedroom and living room.
Ceiling fans in all rooms.
