Nice play to stay near Orihuela.

Great place to stay for the cost - we unintentionally arrived on the weekend of the arneva festival in July so things were noisy but this was acceptable for the festival. Situated close to Oriheula for good food, friendly and accomodating staff, rooms were nice.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Un peu mal insonorisé mais sinon nettoyage quotidien et bon emplacement du véhiculé ( 5 min en voiture du centre-ville Orihuela ou de Bigastro).

Très bon séjours 👌

Très bon séjour passé dans l’hôtel (1 semaine), excellent rapport qualité-prix. C’est vrai que c’est un peu mal insonorisé, mais sinon nettoyage quotidien et malgré la fermeture de la réception a certains horaires, on peut facilement les joindre si besoin. J’y retournerai avec plaisir si l’occasion s’y présente à nouveau. 👌

La limpieza no fue la adecuada

Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación. El señor de recepción amable y correcto nos explicó el código de acceso y el sistema de ventana. Una vez se fue nos quedamos en la habitación y olía asquerosamente a tabaco (los que no sóis fumadores me entenderéis). Más tarde nos percatamos que la papelera del baño estaba llena de colillas y latas de cerveza. No voy a decir nada más sobre esto, doy por hecho que se entiende el asco que nos dió. La habitación es pequeña, con una ventana abatible en el techo, baño, armario, aire acondicionado, tv, nevera llena y microondas. El dueño nos dió jabones y toallas. Lo que no me gustó: la cadena del wc se quedaba enganchada y tenías que vigilar. La ducha muy pequeña que no tragaba el agua (se me inundaban los pies) y el agua caliente tardó muchísimo. La ducha estaba sucia, había pelos corporales de otra persona. Entiendo que es un hostal del año 2004, y sabíamos dónde ibamos pero para mi la limpieza es fundamental. Apenas dormí. Escuché muchos ruidos (que es normal si hay otros huéspedes) pero lo peor es que el domingo de 6:30 a 8:00 se escuchaba todo el rato una alarma o teléfono sonando y fue horrible. Cuando nos fuimos no había nadie y dejamos la tarjeta en recepción, por lo que me hubiese gustado exponer mi opinión y posibles mejoras. Sinceramente, no quedamos muy satisfechos por haber pagado 60€.

Un hostal con lo más básico y modesto, con excelente trato, inmejorable limpieza y predisposición. La mejor calidad precio que se puede tener. Muy recomendable.
