This charming cottage offers 3 bedrooms for your comfort: 1 King bed on first floor, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Full beds, perfect for a family or friends' getaway. With 2.5 baths, including a master bath boasting a large walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking bathtub, relaxation is a guarantee.

Enjoy the open-concept floor plan, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a grand center island. Gas grill is conveniently located on back porch. First floor laundry room has full size washer & dryer. Step outside to savor the coastal breeze on the covered front and back porches, lit by the warm glow of gas lanterns.

Located in the scenic River Dunes community for those who enjoy life on the water, spectacular water views, year-round boating and outdoor living. Property was extremely clean and decor/house comfortable and nicely decorated. Management company was thorough and extremely responsive. We love River Dunes and always stay here when traveling to see my in laws who live in Oriental!My only suggestion is to consider providing more towels and bath soap…especially for guests who are flying in!
