Communications much better once I realized they use What’s App The Hotel is lovely in a perfect location in Old Montreal. We walked with ease to almost everything we wanted to do including amazing dinners and the Aura show at Notre Dame We stayed in the room with bedroom and living room space. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at Hotel Alexander.

This was a great property for our group of 5. Lots of space to have family members come for a visit and have a meal together. Modern finishes and furniture. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It's close to the subway which is very convenient and there are grocery stores in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

The apartment was large but not super clean , the toilet seat doesn’t fit the toilet! The comforter was disgusting. The entrance and elevator are very dirty ! The parking is far from the property. Not ideal if you have a lot of luggage

Close and convenient for the F1 race, but the hotel was old and worn out. Stairs were old looking with dirty old carpeting. There was no on-site host. Shower ceiling was peeling. No sheets and blankets for sofa bed. Ran out of toilet paper and messaged the hotel through the chat app and never got more toilet paper.
