Sleeping Arrangements:

● Bedroom 1: King bed – spacious and comfortable with soft linens and cozy pillows.

●Bedroom 2: Queen bed – cozy and perfect for a restful night.

The House:
The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests and features 1 full bathroom, clean and fully stocked for convenience. Spend evenings in the backyard around the fire pit, share stories or roast s’mores, or take the two kayaks provided out for a paddle on nearby waters. Inside, enjoy casual nights with an Xbox and games, board games, card games, or your favorite shows on TVs in every room. The kitchen is stocked with essentials including an Instapot, rice maker, and slow cooker, making meals simple and enjoyable. Every corner of the house is designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and ready for fun!

The Area:
Located just minutes from Utah Lake, local hiking trails, and parks, the home is perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts. Paddle, bike, hike, or simply enjoy the fresh air. You’re very near the mouth of Provo Canyon, which offers a variety of hikes, as well as Sundance Ski Resort, gorgeous in the summer and fun to visit year-round with some super yummy restaurants. For a scenic drive, consider “the loop” from Provo to American Fork Canyon. You can also go kayaking at Tibble Fork, a beautiful mountain reservoir, or float the Provo River for a relaxing adventure. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet you’re only a short drive from local dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
