"The architecture was beautiful and sophisticated - Very Japanese and very clean. The rooms were the best we experienced in Japan. The food was impeccable. The Onsen was gorgeous. The service beyond five star. Yes go and experience this hotel it is truly amazing!"

"Staff is very welcoming; we got a snack upon check-in. We went with the dinner option by the riverside as it was hyped up by youtubers, but we found that the price is not worth the price tag. We paid around $260 for 2 people for dinner. The food could be a lot better to justify the price tag. The room is a bit old. Other than those two points, the environment is nice and room is very clean and comfortable."

"The washlet bidet was not working. No change of room because of this issue. It is 15 minutes far which is hard to travel in Summer especially august. But otherwise, the stay and the people were pleasant. I loved the 温泉! "

"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...

"Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. "
