"Super nice stay! Very clean hotel, nice and spacious rooms, the most comfortable beds ever, and room-darkening shades that were so effective that we couldn’t tell it was even morning! Pool was warm and it was nice that the pool bathroom had a full shower. Staff were also very friendly here."
"I am working in Frederick for the next few months and am loving my stay at Candlewood! My suite is nice, comfortable, and perfect for my needs! I have had ZERO issues. As a female staying alone, I feel 100% safe here. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and very accommodating. So far the other guests I have encountered have been kind and quiet. The hotel is in the process of being updated, but if you didn't know work was being done, you'd have no idea. There have been no inconveniences or disturbances from the work going on. This hotel and the people there make having to work far away from home much more tolerable. "

"This hotel was very nice and we loved the creative restoration and repurposing of the building. It was clean and great location. Not sure we will stay there again though simply because the cost was pretty high but it was a neat spot for an overnight or a weekend in Frederick. "
