"The hotel was not the cleanest...there were also multiple families that were asked to leave...one involved a domestic dispute and another involved a mother leaving their baby in the laundry room unattended...not great situation for our younger kids to witness."

Asked for a different room or upgrade and was told this was due to hotel being renovated and all rooms were the same condition. Used washrags to cover gaps. Was there 2 nights, no housekeeping. Would have left but no car due to visiting friends who drove us everywhere. "
