"We booked to attend my sister’s memorial service on May 10th. Unfortunately this coincided with UM commencement so rates were much higher per night. We had no choice. It was nice for me to have the support of my 2 sons and each to have a bathroom with our rooms. It was also nice to have parking under the apartment for our car’s safe keeping. Surprised by the need to pay for it in addition to the room charges though.The rooms were very basic with no bedside light and the air conditioning...

"This properly was perfect for my husband and I and my mom and dad. It was my son’s graduation from UNM. It was perfect location to be able to walk to the college for graduation. It was perfect location to walk to everything.The property manager was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Definitely suggest this property."
