It's also good to know that your children enjoyed all the natural beauty of the area. That said, we are disheartened to read that you were disappointed with your overall experience and we shared your comments with the local manager. They noted that the waiver is delivered directly upon booking so guests know what to expect and can come prepared or cancel. We do understand that not everyone is accustomed to off-road driving and we regret any inconvenience this caused your party. Additionally, our online listing's property description and photos do indicate that the cabin is very remote but we are sorry that this, as well as the displayed photos and art, caused any discomfort. At this time, the basement is not available to guests and a washer and dryer are not listed amenities and we regret any misunderstanding. Please know that the homeowners are investing in upgrading their property and the local manager assured us that they have shared all of your feedback with them for consideration and appreciate your comments. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
