We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and lounge area. "The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral. The room was comfy, we slept like a rock. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while. If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying."
