"Solid spot for a one night stay on the way to Cabot. The room was fine, the pillows were way too thick, front desk staff were friendly, restaurant was handy, although, they kept winning out of items and were slow to replenish. The breakfast wait staff were very friendly. Overall good and would recommend."

"Great place to stay, nice and quiet on the lake. Easy check in and check out. There was no hair dryer which was a little rough for me, but after i checked and couldn’t find one i checked the listing and one wasn’t indicated so bad on my part. But normally rentals provide one, so I will make sure I check for that on future rentals."

"The charming home and property were lovely, and we felt at home and comfortable here right away. We are grateful that our little dog, Maggie was welcomed as well. "Wonderful updated lakefront cottage. Friendly and and generous host had stocked refrigerator with farm fresh eggs, milk and butter. Overall well-stocked pantry. Access via ferry is easy, fast, and free. Efficient ferry system takes less than 10 minutes and runs 24-7, so don't let that deter you. Convenient to both Cabot Trail and Louisbourg Fortress. Would stay again."
