The side table drawer was filled with peanut shells, Bible covered with sticky slimy substance, telephone had same substance on it. Curtain half ripped off curtain rod and hanging. Right outside room door, leak from ceiling, had bucket in hall to catch water, ceiling tiles removed. Will not ever stay here again, should be better at the prices they charge

1 night stay. Property was ok, needs an update. Was pretty clean. Front desk gave us a room that wasn't ready. Housekeeper was still tidying up when we got to door. Interaction with front desk was just ok, if i put something in your hand I expect you to do the same. Young lady kept placing items for me of the counter. Otherwise an ok place for a couple of nights

We needed to stop for the night traveling from Miami to West Virginia. This hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice free breakfast, friendly staff (Roshonda) and the area felt safe with tons of restaurants to choose from. We will make this our stopping point next time traveling to Florida.

Rashonda was amazing at checkin. We came here to have use of indoor pool after driving 7 hours with our newly adopted (yesterday) 2 year old. Pool was closed as they said they are having issues w/ heater. Was going to be our little ones first time. We had everything for her and we were so disappointed as we did not get to relax in the pool. I wish that I had remembered that we stayed in this kind of hotel the previous 2 nights and we HATED the beds, so extremely uncomfortable!!! There is food in the microwave, under burners, floor had trash and food on it. Bugs around edges in dining area, bug in bath tub, open holes behind fridge, unfinished edges by dishwasher, burners have food under them, food in microwave, turned on tv then remote quit. Had to wait over an hour to get batteries in it after 2 other remotes failed to work. So disappointing. I will be writing off Comfort Suites for life and will definitely warn all my travel friends.

Clear decay in the property and lack of cleanliness in room. A couple was loudly arguing in front of the building when I arrived. Smell of natural gas in stairwell. Staff were friendly and helpful.
