This is a 1,294 SF recently renovated brand new single-family residence. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, a full kitchen, a living room, a backyard with BBQ, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with a smart TV in each room for your viewing pleasure.

This residence is right next (barely 30 seconds!) to Eisenhower Park which has a beautiful fishable lake and picnic areas, so you are never too far from nature. The backyard is equipped with a BBQ grill, and dining and lounge areas. A beautiful rooftop view lets you have a look around the beautiful city of Orange. You can see a bit of the Disneyland fireworks and, on a clear day, see Catalina Island too. The washer and dryer are located in a cute mini shack outside the BBQ.

*Due to the house`s proximity to the park and lake; natural noises, including crickets, frogs, etc., are part of our community and can be loud at night during your stay. The house is located close to the freeway so there is some traffic noise. If you are sensitive to sound, we suggest bringing earplugs.

The house is located on a steep downward slope. Please take caution when you walk or drive down. When using the stairs leading up to the rooftop and the rooftop itself, please be careful and mindful of the capacity. The rooftop can hold up to 8 people (~1,600 lbs).

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are cameras in the front door, backyard, driveway, and side of the houses. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. Cameras are for after incident liability determination only. They should never be monitored.

**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.

**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.

**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.

***Please do not block the sidewalk to avoid receiving a ticket

- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.

- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
