Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was lovely. Worth the price, but the only down side is the location of the hotel is right off the 55 freeway so there’s a lot of traffic trying to exit the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is clean, and staff are friendly. There’s a lot of stores and places to eat around the area.

A place that does the trick when you need to sleep somewhere for a short period of time. It was clean enough, and I had no issues to deal with. The property is a bit run-down, but you get what you pay for, and that was good enough for less than 12 hours.

The housekeeping ladies are wonderful. They are friendly, hardworking, and genuinely try their best to keep the rooms clean with what they have to work with. My complaint is NOT with them, and they deserve recognition for the work they do. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk is completely different. The front desk staff member I dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When a guest brings up a concern, the response should be to listen and try to resolve it, not become angry or make the situation worse. The bigger problem seems to be that ownership or management is not properly addressing issues with the property. The housekeeping staff can clean all day, but they cannot fix maintenance and plumbing problems that require actual repairs and investment from the owners. It’s unfortunate because the housekeeping ladies clearly put effort into their jobs and try to make guests comfortable, but they can only do so much. Better customer service at the front desk and owners who actually address ongoing property problems would make a huge difference at this hotel.

This hotel is old and looks like it. The pillows were lumpy, there were bars of soap and their wrappers on the window sill, and the toilet paper holder came out of the wall if I didn't hold it in. That said, I was a woman traveling alone, and the property was so well lit that I felt pretty safe, despite the rundown condition.

I would seriously think twice before staying at this hotel. Based on my experience, expressing a complaint about rude behavior and profanity from the front desk resulted in the police being called on me instead of the situation being handled professionally. I approached the front desk to explain that I felt I had been treated disrespectfully and simply wanted an apology. I was not threatening anyone, yelling, or trying to cause a scene. Instead of listening to my concern and trying to resolve it, the employee called the police. As a paying guest, you should be able to respectfully express a concern about how an employee speaks to you without feeling like the situation will immediately be escalated to law enforcement. The housekeeping ladies, on the other hand, were wonderful and worked hard to keep everything clean. My issue is with the way the front desk handled a basic customer service complaint. If you expect to be able to speak up when you are treated poorly and have management handle your concern professionally, my experience here should be something to consider before booking.
