1 Full size futon bed (located in private family room/office)
All rooms stocked with extra pillows and complete bedding. Each bedroom has a smart TV!
The newly bright white Kitchen, with farmers sink, dishwasher, and quartz counters is fully equipped with all the niceties of home to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy or take with you on your daily adventures. 1. SLEEPS 10 in Beds MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME.
2. Maximum Vehicles 3 in driveway No (RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles).No street parking as permits are required and cars will get ticketed.
3. 3 Night minimum rental.
4. No Outside noise between 9 pm and 8 am per CITY CODE. Active Neighbor security watch.
5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - no viedo taping of property -No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange.
7. No Animals of Any Kind.

See rental agreement with house rules. Which need to be reviewed and signed that home rules will be followed. This will be sent to you upon acceptance.
