Great property and great location

The property was all it claims to be. Parking and beach access is very convenient. Staff was all very friendly. Not too busy but still nicely located near food and fun activities.

Perfect for Family Trip

Enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V unit 715. Unit was clean, well appointed and reasonably priced. My family of 5 had a comfortable and memorable stay.

Springbreak Getaway

First of all we loved the location & the room itself was fine, had a great view. We were sad the outdoor pool was never open during our stay but we enjoyed the indoor one & hot tub on a rainy day. The elevators were mentioned on other reviews, we didn’t think it’d be that bad. There’s 4 elevators only one was working on out first day it took forever to get to our floor by our 3 day 3 elevators were working thankfully. I will say it’s pretty loud lots of young people out at night, my kids are heavy sleepers so we didn’t care. Overall it was a good time

Girls’ Beach Trip

We had a great stay! Although, we could tell the floors were not that clean since we found a piece of glass and puzzle pieces on the living room floor. However, the location is perfect!

Beautiful moonlight views!!!

Stayed at this property last July and could not have asked for a better experience from a property. The proximity to the gulf, the views from the balcony and the overall experience was one for the memory books. The property was overall very clean, noticed some areas that I would have cleaned better, mainly a bathroom vent, but overall nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

This property was wonderful, plenty of space, perfect beachfront location. Check in was easy, property manager was easily reachable for issues. The only issue was the elevators in the building. There are not enough elevators for the amount of rooms/floors so be prepared for long elevator wait times (20 or more minutes during peak times).

Phoenix V Condo

The location of Phoenix V is perfect. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room is just an elevator ride away from the pool and beach. My family enjoyed our stay very much. However, during a COVID pandemic, I'd expect cleaning of the unit and condo building to be increased and that did not appear to be so.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V, the lobby was inviting and during our stay there was information to keep up informed of upcoming events or things we could join. Our Condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained and do not have any complains. It was located in central Orange Beach, close to alot of things. The beach area was wonderful. The indoor/outdoor pool areas were kept very clean.

Great spot!

This was a great place for my husband, our year and a half daughter, ny sister, brother in law, and 5 year old nephew to stay. Great location and the kids loved the splash pad. However, at the splash pad there seems to need more safety measures since it’s all concrete and the kids slide onto the rough surface. Our rooms were cleaned and relaxing. Washer and dryer on site made it so easy to be able to clean our clothes throughout our stay. The showers struggled to drain but another family member of ours stayed in the same building and had the same issue so I’m assuming it’s from sand. Anyways, all around great place to stay, thank you for letting us enjoy your space 😊

Phoenix v - 715

Door code would not work when we got there, called the number in the app and the lady was very nice and had it fixed it right away. Some constructive criticism: 1) most of the shower curtain hangers Would not close all the way making the curtain fall off constantly, curtains did not fit well. 2) sheets are EXTREMELY uncomfortable 3) update tvs (half of our trip was rained out so it would have been nice to log in to our Netflix account) That being said it was a Great trip, enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Disappointed - keep looking!

Not quite as nice as it seems in the pictures. Mismatched, stained living room furniture, dirty (or maybe just stained) comforters, non-draining master shower, clouded patio door made for zero visibility not to mention significant cosmetic damage (laundry door missing, burnt out light bulbs, chunks missing from drywall, patio door from master suite didn’t work and the list goes on). Loved the Phoenix V and will likely return but definitely not to this particular condo. Advice to readers - keep looking!!

Great location

Condo is oceanside providing great views and access to beach. Splash pad area is perfect for younger children. Our condo could use some TLC. The patio slider seal is broke providing a cloudy view from living area. The kitchen dishes could use an upgrade as many pans/pots were “flaking” when used. We were also unable to connect our Nintendo switch or fire stick to the TVs as they didn’t have proper hook ups to connect. Maintenance had to come as our toilet was leaking to the condo below. Overall, average condo that could use some work and the property is showing it’s age. We’d stay in Phoenix V again but would likely select a different condo.

Needs a Little Attention

We were disappointed with several things in our condo. The sofa sleeper would not pull out all the way and little we could see was dirty. No sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. We had to rearrange our whole sleeping situation. The lounger on the balcony was broken, my daughter fell backwards when she sat down on it. The area rug in the living area was dirty. The highlight of our stay here was the splash pad and pool. We chose the place because it had the splash pad for the little ones and it was a big hit. They loved it. We may stay at the complex again, but definitely not in the same condo.

It was a nice area

The property was nice. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice on chilly days. The communication about the jackhammering on the balconies starting at 7a-6p (4 days) would have been nice, luckily we didn’t have little one’s trying to nap. We understand there needs to be maintenance and upkeep but a little heads up before we arrived would have been nice other than a little white board by the elevator. The room we stayed in needed some work. The sliding doors need replaced in living room (unable to see out of them) and in the master bedroom the door was unable to be opened. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling was failing (we swept up every day). The bed in the second room was unbelievably noisy. It squeaked every time you rolled over. The hot water in the 2nd bathroom never got hot. And the TV remotes for 2nd bedroom didn’t work. On a positive note, we enjoyed the beech, and the outdoor pool. Staff was always polite and friendly. They consistently were cleaning and making rounds to ensure people were being safe around the pools and checking armbands. The condo facility building was nice.

Great for toddlers

This was a great place to stay if you have toddlers. My two year old had a blast in the splash pad area. The condo was nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this condo and the Phoenix V.

Was disappointed that we were not informed about the construction work taking place on the patios of this complex. Also, a little frustrated with not being able to get a hold of anyone with the property management company about a concern we had with the sleeper sofa.
