This is a one bedroom and one bathroom unit. This unit was COMPLETELY renovated in December 2018. The unit has been freshly painted, has new tile flooring thorughout, and new ceiling lighting.

The bathroom has new bath tub and tiled wall for shower and new cabinet with quartz countertop.

In the bedroom is a king-size bed with a pickled wood off-white color headboard, a pair of same style nightstands that have one drawer and one cabinet, and a five-drawer dresser that holds a television.

In the kitchen are all new appliances that you would expect, as well as new cabinets and quartz counter tops.

The dining room, living room, and balcony all have new furniture
