We are delighted to invite you to Turquoise Place C1704, our brand new luxury 3 bed/3.5 bath condo in the Turquoise Place resort of Orange Beach, AL.

Turquoise Place C1704 has been meticulously modeled to give an elegant, spacious and clean vibe for our guests to enjoy.

The condo features high-end Sub Zero/Wolf kitchen appliances; granite counter tops; wet bar with wine cooler/ice maker; flat screen TV's in all rooms, natural gas fireplace, free WiFi, and a jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Tile flooring throughout the unit accentuates the upscale, luxurious appearance.

Turquoise Place C1704 is located on the 17th floor of the east "C" building. It has 2,300 square feet and sleeps up to 10 people. The master suite features a King bed, a spacious bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed , and the third has two Twins. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and their own private bathrooms.

In addition, the unit provides four high-sleep-quality, twin size, roll-away beds. The beds, folded and stored in the master bedroom closet, can easily be rolled out in order to accommodate additional guests.

A large, ocean facing, balcony can be accessed directly from the living room as well as from the master bedroom. Equipped with comfortable furniture, a hot tub and an outdoor kitchen/gas grill, the balcony is the perfect place to relax. Just picture yourself with a cool beverage watching the sun slowly setting, accompanied by the natural soundtrack of soothing warm ocean waves.

This condo was beautiful and offered an amazing ocean view. Plenty of room for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved using the hot tub on the rainy days and in the evenings. The kids loved the slide and the lazy river.

Great place to stay

My boyfriend’s kids and I threw him a surprised 50th birthday and this condo was beautiful. Great view, hot tub on balcony was so nice and relaxing. Plenty of room for us all. We will stay here again. The resort is just really nice with plenty to do. The host was awesome and got back with me quickly with any questions.

We were very happy with the property. Very clean and well stocked with anything needed. One of the lounge chairs is broken on the deck. The master shower is very hard to turn on, needs adjustment.Thin sheets on the master bed.Beautiful property with very good furnishings. Very pleased with our stay and facility.

As soon as we opened the door and stepped inside, we realized what an amazing property we were staying at! Beautiful open space with fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit was well equipped with all the essentials. Very well decorated. We really enjoyed the grill and hot tub on the balcony. Will stay here again.

Spring Break

Overall another nice stay at Turquoise. Only issues were all hot us were out of service (prior notice would have been nice) and one of the outdoor pools was drained due to the garage building project. Condo was clean and well stocked with needed items. Our family enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

We had another great pre-summer trip to Turquoise Place. This condo was great! The ice maker was the added bonus. If I had to change anything I would have different mattresses, but it's vacation so I won't complain.

No labor during this Labor Day Stay

Communication and service was great. Several days prior to check-in, Tony and Cynthia reached out to introduce themselves, provide their contact info and make themselves available for any questions or tips. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was impeccable. We will definitely use this property for our next stay in Orange Beach.

Great place!

We had a few problems coming into the condo when we arrived it wasn’t cleaned but I got in touch with the correct people and they resolved the problem pretty fast. The balcony door in the master room was broken and couldn’t be locked which was a huge negative for us since we have twin toddlers. But we were able to buy something from Walmart for a temporary fix. Other than that the condo was very nice! The kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, cups, coffee maker’s everything we needed it was there for us to use! The hot tub was brand new and very nice workers came in every day to check the water. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for fixing the mix up about cleaning the condo and getting someone out there to clean it for us.

Ladies Trip

The unit was beautiful. The brand new jacuzzi was not able to be filled up and used. Had we known this before our stay we would not have stayed there. It was the reason we went above our normal budget and choose the place. Also the grill was not clean and we didn’t feel like cleaning up last people’s mess and then our on too so we did not use the grill as we had planned to do. I took pics and showed the owner and told them this should be something that should be inspected by housekeepers to ensure that last people cleaned before others check in. Communication with the both the owner and manager was good. The owner did refund us 15% for not being able to is the jacuzzi. We were overall satisfied with this.

Spring Break 2025

We fell in love with this place! The view is beautiful! Having the grill and hot tub on the private balcony is a lovely bonus! The waterslide was fun, lazy river heated, and indoor pool/hot tubs a lot of fun! The condo was very clean and had plenty of basics such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. Very easy to relax and have fun. Would stay here again!
