The estimated completion date is March 2024, weather permitting. During the construction phase of this project, guests can expect loud noises, visually unappealing construction debris/ barriers/ obstacles around the site, and possible closures of sections of the C Tower parking garage. Due to this project, the C Tower outdoor pool is currently closed until further notice, due to the potential of falling construction debris. This is for the safety of the guests. The main outdoor pool is open!***

Here are some of the steps we take to keep our properties sanitized:
 
Beds: As always, our housekeeping team brings in bagged fresh linens, fresh pillowcases, and fresh white quilts from our laundry office for each bed for every new guest arrival.

Towels: Our housekeeping team brings in fresh bagged towels for each bath for every new guest arrival straight from our laundry office. 

The housekeepers have been instructed to use specific CDC approved disinfectants on ALL surfaces.

New Turquoise Place Parking Policy:

As of June 1, Turquoise Place has changed their parking protocol. For the first time, Turquoise Place is now charging guests for parking passes. This is common for all other area buildings. The new parking policy requires each guest to purchase a parking pass for their vehicle at the cost of $50 per vehicle. Each condo reservation at Turquoise Place is allowed to purchase 2 parking passes at this price for the attached garage at the building. Please reply to let us know if you will need 2 parking passes upon arrival and we will send you an invoice for payment. We are sorry the policy has changed - these things happen sometimes with little warning as Homeowner Association’s vote new for new policies. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

If you plan to bring MORE THAN TWO vehicles overflow lots are available. Please read below for the pricing info and protocol for overflow lots.

Three overflow options (all fist come, first served) - TP front desk will supply overflow parking passes :
Onsite, attached garage: Available attached garage spaces will be charged a fee of $30 per vehicle, per night and on a first come, first served basis.
Christian Life Church on CANAL ROAD parking lot: Parking will be available in this lot at no charge. **This is NOT the church lot across from Turquoise Place.
