Enjoy the lovely beachfront home with commanding 270' views of Perdido Bay off the newly constructed 125' pier and roof-covered dock in the highly sought after Bear Point community of Orange Beach. The private boat slip provides the option to bring your own boat/jetski/paddleboard/kayak with constant and instant access.

The space
The RUNE also offers a fire pit to sit around and share stories at the water's edge while gazing at the stars as they cover the dark private nighttime sky. Or, during the daytime, enjoy an outdoor game on the large waterfront lawn under the Spanish moss-filled oak trees. You can always kayak, crab, fish, and paddle board right from shores of the front-yard.
