*Construction Notice- Please read before booking. The Palms HOA will be doing a large scale construction project 9/18/2023-5/17/2024.*
-11/13/23-1/26/24 Unit 814 will be completely closed for rentals.
-9/18/23-11/13/24 and 1/27/24- 2/23/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building.
-2/24/24-5/17/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

The Palms Vacation

This property was far nicer than we expected. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The deck with table and additional heating was amazing. The beach view was so beautiful.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone was very responsive to needs and questions before and during our stay. It was very clean and the view on the balcony of the beach was perfect. One suggestion is to fix the master toilet.

Beyond my expectations.

This was the first time my husband and our three year old had visited Orange Beach Alabama. The condo was absolutely gorgeous. Huge balcony/porch with outdoor furniture. The view was spectacular. Just breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to Orange, Beach Alabama and we hope to rent this lovely condo. We had a blast.

Beautiful, clean condo

What a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured online. Very, very clean and perfectly decorated. The balcony and view were amazing. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. A member of our group left behind a pair of AirPods and the housekeeping staff found them and contacted us to arrange shipping them to us. Very honest and appreciated. Would most definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

We’d definitely stay here again! Stayed over 4th of July week. Excellent location, and easy parking and access to the beach. Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Basic/minimal starting supplies, so you’ll need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soaps, and toiletries. Not a big deal, but just know before you go as some properties have a lot of supplies or leftover items from previous guests, and this one does not. Nice as it kept the unit clean and tidy. The beds are firm.

Love that balcony furniture!

We've stayed at this property twice! I chose it because it had comfortable balcony furniture - that's where we enjoy our morning coffee, reading and just enjoying the ocean view! The indoor pool is a big plus and the condo is well equipped!

Teachers on Break!

We enjoyed the comfort of the condo and the easy access to the beach. The goal was a relaxing trip with good friends, good food, and our toes in the sand. Breakfast and lunch were easy to make with the well stocked kitchen ware. Dinner out was within walking distance or a short five minute drive. Can't wait to do it again!
