Step inside to a comfortable living room featuring a smart TV, cozy couch, and two armchairs arranged for easy conversation or relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers, with counter seating for two and a nearby dining table for four creating inviting spots for meals. Just beyond, a bright sunroom with comfortable seating provides an additional place to unwind with morning coffee or evening drinks. Outside, the private pool completes the experience, offering a refreshing space to swim, lounge, and enjoy warm coastal days at your own pace.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· Garage and driveway parking available. (Est. 4 cars comfortably, 6 cars max).

· An RV can park outside by the pool and there is a 30 amp power hookup for one next to the pool equipment.
