Beautiful Phoenix IX condo sits right on the beach near Perdido Pass and Flora-Bama in Orange Beach. High ceilings and tall windows provide lots of natural light. Fantastic north views of Ole River, Ono Island, boats, and the city lights at night!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Spacious and Beautiful
This condo was so much larger than I expected when I booked a one bedroom unit. The living room, kitchen, bedroom and master bathroom were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. And with the bonus twin beds in the huge bedroom closet, this unit could have easily accommodated a family of 4 or 5 people rather than just 2. I really enjoyed the indoor pool area located on the 7th floor, the nice balcony that looked out over Ono Island and the easy beach access. Everything really! I will return again. Soon!
