Perfect for large families or groups, this condo sleeps up to 12 guests. The master and second bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, each with a queen-size bottom and a twin-size top. Additionally, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests.

    Experience the ultimate beach getaway with modern amenities, comfortable accommodations, and direct access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Phoenix E2-2113 provides the perfect setting for making lasting memories with family and friends.

    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Perfect location over lookingthe pool and beach! Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Condo very clean. We loved it. Only suggestion would be to add a few more chairs on the balcony. We had 11 guests but seating for only four. But we bought a couple of cheap chairs and managed just fine.

COMPANY/FAMILY TRIP

Everything was great. The only downside is we had nine people and only two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags. Other than that it was perfect.
