This unit has recently been updated with our guests in mind. We strive to create a space you'll want to call your home away from home.
We do want to point out, while this condo is located on the beach, the balcony of your condo does not have a direct view of the beach.

Entire space is included in this rental including 4 pools (all outdoors), a rooftop tennis court, and during the spring and summer a poolside snack bar. One pool is heated during cooler months. Please, make yourself at home.

Upon arrival, parking passes must be purchased for $35 per car (cash only). This allows for up to 2 cars per unit to access our on-site covered parking.

Check out time must be at 10AM the day of your departure. Any late check outs will result in a $100 fee after 10AM. $100 for each additional hour
Trash must be removed from unit upon departure and dishwasher started. $40.00 fee if not done so.
Excessive glitter found will be charged $400 fee due to the difficulty of removal.
