  • Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony as well as comfortable decor featuring rockers/recliners, custom artwork, tile throughout the unit and the convenience of walking straight out to the pool or beach make this 1,341 square foot, two bedroom, two bath ground floor condominium a renter's favorite.

    Fully appointed kitchen includes all new kitchen appliances, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

    Each vehicle parked on property will need to purchase a Parking Pass.
