Additionally, there's both a charcoal grill and a gas grill available for preparing your freshly caught seafood after a day spent on the water. Situated just one mile away from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of America, this home offers an ideal setting for your relaxing dream vacation!

Upon entering, you'll discover a generously sized living room, perfect for gathering with your loved ones and streaming your favorite movies or TV shows on the expansive Smart TV. Transition to the sunroom to bask in the scenic water view, with sunlight streaming through the large windows. The dining area provides ample seating for enjoying a delightful meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

The Queen suite features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The shared guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom comes complete with a Smart TV for your viewing entertainment and free wi-fi is provided throughout the home.

The entire home is designed to be handicap accessible, featuring a ramp to the front door, grab bars in the tub/shower combo, and roll-in showers. A shower chair is also available, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities for additional assistance.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
