New SPLASH PAD 2025. We do not have a confirmed date of opening yet. The friendly Brett-Robinson staff are on-site to assist you. Maintenance, housekeeping and security are on-site. Our reviews show that we take pride in making sure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. Excellent communication from the owner. Fill the gap prices throughout the year.

Girls trip

Great location next to FloraBama. Easy access to the beach. We had a leaking shower head in the guest bath and I let them know and someone was there to fix the problem in 30 minutes. It was very clean and family friendly.

I have stayed at the Phoenix X several times but this unit was by far the best! There was thoughtful consideration given to every aspect of this unit to ensure that the guest are comfortable! The owner communicated very well & very quickly to all of my questions! I will definitely choose this unit again!

Sister trip

My sisters and I rented this condo on the beach for my sister's birthday. We had a wonderful time enjoying the surrounding area. The last 2 days were perfect weather and we did get to enjoy the beach and hot tubs. It is a very nice area and the condo was clean and stocked with everything you may need to enjoy meals, snacks or just coffee. We enjoyed playing card games at night around the comfortable dining room table.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. As a bonus, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed breakfasts on the big gorgeous balcony, and we loved hanging out in the kitchen. The proximity to Flora-Bama was fun as well! We cant wait to visit again.

Perfect family sized condo

The location and size of this condo were perfect for our family. The added addition of chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch for the beach. The griddle in the kitchen was a nice addition for breakfast! The condo is how to looks and is in great location to the beach and Flora-Bama! We had a blast and will stay here again!
