CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

It was so nice to find a location that had two kings and a queen. I’m 78 and traveled with two friends, 78 and 72. We each had our own bedroom. So many of the three bedrooms have twin or bunk beds. This was perfect for the three of us. Beautiful views and close to everything we needed.

This property was perfectly placed!! The 2nd floor is our favorite. Close to parking, close to stairs, close to the elevator if needed! I can’t compliment the decor and design enough! The beds were a dream! The beach access, the beautiful pool, the scrumptious restaurants within walking distance are perfect! Drinks from the Flora-Bama beach bar…so convenient and yummy! I never stay at the same condo from year to year, but this one might change that!!

We had a great stay. It was a little chaotic at first only because we have not stayed here before and did not know the check in procedures. It seems I gave a copy of my DL about 4 times and the parking passes were very confusing. We purcheased online only to have to give all the information again once we got there. The property was beautiful and staff wer awesome. My elderly mom wanted to sit in a chair at the pool (rather than a lounge chair) and the staff was very accommodating. I'd love to rent here again. _

Second time to stay here

We stayed in this exact condo in July 2022 and July 2023. It is one of our favorites. Walking distance to flora bama and we never had to ride elevator to get to the beach because it is only on the second floor. We still had a wonderful view of ocean from the balcony as well. The only thing I noticed from two years stay is the mattresses must have been replaced in two rooms and were not comfortable as the year before. I like soft beds and they were hard. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It even smells so clean when you walk in to check in. Check in process is so simple and any needs are just a text away.

Lovely Unit Next Door to Flora Bama

This is a nicely appointed unit with just a few issues. The floors were white tile and very dirty. I don’t think they’ve been mopped in quite a while. My grandaughter’s feet were black the first night we arrived from just running around in the unit a while. The sink in the master bath was almost stopped up—very slow running. Each bath also has only one sink—an odd design choice and somewhat inconvenient. And the bed in the second king room was extremely uncomfortable—an old springs type mattress. Being on the second floor, the unit looks directly out on the large patio where people grill and eat and hang out. So you’re right in the middle of things, but condo rules are strict about quiet after 10 pm so it was ok. The Flora Bama is right next door and their music is definitely audible in the unit when it’s playing. Maybe the online listing should include info about the unit location. If you’re looking for a party, you’ll find it here! Parking was very convenient in the onsite deck and folks at the front desk were very helpful.

Enjoying a week at Orange Beach

First off, the location was fantastic, quick to the beach, quick to your car in the garage, etc... A few things that I think the owner could do to make the stay a bit more enjoyable is to put some sort of blackout curtains in the master bedroom as it gets bright around 6:30am, also keep some plastic cups and basic seasonings in the cabinets, just one less thing to have to buy. I would recommend bringing a sound machine for the master bedroom as the beach/pool/grill area get fairly loud until around midnight-1am. I asked the front desk if they could break up the 20+ teenage boys who were cussing/fighting/etc.. and they said we would have to call the police as it's a public beach. Not the condo owners' fault but bring a sound machine and you'll sleep through any such disturbance. Beds were extremely comfortable, the Florabama is about 20 steps away from the parking garage so it's easy to go listen to the band and have a few beverages in the evening. The water was the clearest I've ever seen it. One last thing that was frustrating was the chair service on the beach. It was about $120 (4 days of an umbrella and two lounge chairs) a fair price for not having to bring our own to the beach. On day 1 we were in row 2 on the beach and I asked if we'd get moved up to the front row should people leave throughout the week, and he said it all depends on how much you tip. Kinda sucked. Plenty of room to bring your own tent and stuff, I believe we will do that next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Checking in and getting the parking passes was easy. Unit was very clean and I really appreciated how each of the 3 bedrooms had nice big beds so we didn't have to force an adult in a twin or bunk bed. Nice big balcony. Great location too! We walked back and forth to and from FloraBama MANY times! I didn't realize the parking passes were $60/each but that was probably my fault for just not reading beforehand. Will definitely stay again!

Would have been 5 stars if not for the parking pass charge.

I had to pay 120.00 for two parking passes for the three bedroom condo. My sister rented a two bedroom and she got two passes included with her rental. Not happy at all with that situation.
