There’s also an accompanying wet bar with a sink and ice maker, the perfect drink and snack station. When it’s time to dine, pull up a stool at the huge breakfast bar, where there is seating for four, or gather at the formal Gulfview dining table with seating for six.

With three well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home has plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and its own bathroom, including the primary suite’s huge bathroom with double vanity, shower, and jetted tub. This home also has a full washer and dryer to make beach living easier than ever.

But the best part of all is the private Gulf-front balcony. Step outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze and picturesque views of the emerald water, sugar-white sand, and Phoenix West’s beachfront pools. There is plenty of room for everyone on the spacious balcony, with two outdoor dining tables seating up to ten guests, plus additional chairs perfectly set to enjoy the views. It doesn’t get much better than this!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
