Welcome to Phoenix West 2303, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom Gulf-front condo that sleeps 10!

This stunning unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious living room, leading to a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for taking in breathtaking Gulf views. A large sectional provides ample seating, while a 65” wall-mounted HDTV offers entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a tiled kick plate, and a dining table for shared meals. A wet bar with a wine cooler adds extra convenience for entertaining.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with flat-screen HDTVs—55” in the primary, 50” in the second bedroom, and 42” in the third. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional accommodations.

For added convenience, this condo includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Phoenix West 2023

2023 is spacious, with 3 BRs, and 4 bathrooms. The family furniture is old, and a couple of the dining room chairs are very wobbly. Even with the master shower door closed tight, water still leaks underneath the door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. I would recommend this to a friend. The beach is very nice, and so is the lazy river.
