Great location

We stay in the area a pretty good bit and this is been one of our favorite units. I love that it’s right at the unloading zone and on ground floor so no elevator or stairs to deal with. It was clean and nice as well. Thanks!

We always have a great time at Phoenix on the Bay ll. This unit was great. It was clean, convenient, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Check in was horrible. Poor communication with property management.

I had to ask for my verification email, i was told to go to property when we arrived because we would be at late check in. When we arrived i was informed by the security guard that the desk personnel left at 5:00. We arrived at 9:30 p M. We called the property management company to find out we needed to go to the property bext door. Security told me to get my parking pass when we returned after check in. When we returned the security guard was gone for the night and no one was around to direct us to our room. After wandering around the property we finally found the room. Property was beautiful. A few things were broken but overall property was beautiful. I did not like the unprofessionalism of the security person on our last night. The indoor pool closed two hours early without explanation. Hair dryer in king room was in poor condition. High risk for fire. Light out in master bathroom. Broken lamp, broken decorations in king guest room closet. I informed Rosie who was at the desk at check out of the things that needed to be addressed. Overall a fantastic weekend.
