Phoenix Gulf Tower Just Opened! Brand New!
In this luxury two-bedroom, beautiful wood-look tile flooring welcomes you to the cheery living space, where you’ll find comfortable furnishings, a large flatscreen TV, and the most spectacular Gulf views. Warm Alabama sunshine streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders, and neutral decor is complemented by fun pops of color like blue, turquoise, and lime.
Behind the sofa is a beautiful wood dining table with seating for six, where one-of-a-kind wall art, a sparkling light fixture, and stunning Gulf views set the scene for unforgettable meals and conversations. The dining table is just steps away from the open-concept kitchen. With white shaker-style cabinets, light stone countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, you won’t mind cooking in this kitchen one bit. Plus, you’ve got all the small appliances you could need, a clear line of sight out to the Gulf, and a large breakfast bar where four of your favorite companions can keep you company. If you want the perfect place to serve drinks and snacks, look no further than the large wet bar with an ice maker and fun mirrored tile backsplash.
After a day at the beach, you’ll need to rest and recharge in your own space. Each beautifully-decorated bedroom is spacious and inviting, with its own flatscreen TV and bathroom. There is also a third bathroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a washer/dryer to comfortably accommodate eight guests.

We’ve stayed at multiple properties in the area and this by far was the nicest. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the pools and lazy river plus the easy access to the beach. Only issue was the parking- registered our vehicle online as directed and didn’t know we needed to pick up a pass too until a note was left on our windshield 4 days into our stay.
Unit was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. It is very close to the elevator, which we never had to wait long for. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and towels, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The separate ice machine filled quickly and saved us from buying bags of ice for our beach cooler. Pool area was never too overcrowded. It was easy to get a grill to cook on outside. Beach access was easy. Security was around to keep everyone behaving properly but were not intrusive.Minor complaints which didn’t ruin the trip/ wouldn’t stop me from booking here again but do need to be addressed: There was no instruction or signage of where to go for checkin. We were also not told which tower we were in ahead of time. The shopping carts for bringing up our luggage/items were a real hassle. We had to go floor to floor just to find one (took over half an hour), it didn’t hold as many things as the traditional bell carts do, and it was rough lifting heavy things in and out of the top part since only one case of water fit in the bottom. The end cycle alarm on the dryer is insanely loud, goes off repeatedly until you open the dryer door, and there was no way I could find to turn it off. It woke my kids up and limited when I could wash clothes. The blinds in the bedrooms do not block out the main hall lights which are on 24/7. It was too bright to sleep and we had to put towels over the blinds in an attempt to block out some of the light.
