Silver Beach Condominiums are conveniently located right across the street from multiple grocery stores including Walmart. Within walking distance there is also Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen, Cafe Beignet and MUCH more! Within 5 minutes you have access to Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's Arcade, and Beachside Mini Golf! Other activities around the area include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two dogs up to 20lbs welcome, non-refundable dog fee ($150/each) & pre registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED

This unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Convenient location with shopping center across the street and numerous restaurant from Gulf Shores to Perdido Key. Would definitely rent again.

we enjoyed our stay , 4 adults and our 18 month old , and our mini golden doodle . Have stayed many times at Silverbeach and. appreciate the service and location. Property manager called to make sure all was well. we will be back !

Awesome condo with great views and everything we needed! It was clean and bright and open. Kitchen was well stocked, loved having a washer and dryer, and plenty of blankets and pillows to make our stay cozy. Check-in and check-out info was easy to follow and gave all pertinent info in one place. Shops were super close - we had 3 grocery stores, plenty of souvenir shops, and at least two ice cream shops that we walked to every night. Overall - great condo in a great location! Would stay again.

Beautiful view of beach

We had a great time. Condonwas well equipped. The third bedroom was more closet sized and difficult to place bedding properly.

It was satisfying, but not without its challenges. The HVAC system was an issue for two of the four days we were there. And the closure of the pool during the majority of our stay was disappointing. Apart from those two items, we were pleased with the accommodations and the centrality to shops and restaurants.

Been staying at Silver Beach for over 12 years on different occasions, but always in October. Great location. 706 is on corner allowing for more balcony views. Clean, comfortable beds, and other amenities. Great view.
