The Space:
The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located to large grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, entertainment, retail, and spas in Orange Beach, AL. This beautiful complex consists of two towers with this unit located "west" building (right-side tower). The Palms features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool.

Unit 514 is located on the 5th floor of a 10-story building. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf – high enough to get wonderful panoramic views of the skyline sunrises and sunsets.

Once inside, you will find an expansive, open floor plan condo with 1233 square feet of living area. The kitchen is well-equipped, with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and seating for 6 at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. Updates with custom cabinets, granite counters, tile floors, custom vanities, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will comfortably sleep six.

The spacious living room features a 55' 4k HD smart TV, ample seating, and balcony access. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large balcony which offers spectacular views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of America. The balcony features Pollywood Adirondack table and chairs, creating a comfortable and tranquil lounging space.

The master bedroom has a KING size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and flat screen TV.

Complete with high-speed WIFI and a full-size washer and dryer, The Palms 514 is ideal for your next beach vacation!

We loved this unit! It was clean! It had a great pool, loved the patio. The only downfall was the ac unit did not cool the bedrooms. We were hot all night in both bedrooms but the living room and kitchen was fine. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
