Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was perfect for our family, lots of amenities we didn't need to leave at all. The only down fall, Parking was not ideal it's $50 per vehicle and for a 3 bedroom condo you can only purchase 2 spots. Two beach chairs and 2 umbrellas is $45 per day or you can bring your own

Family Beach vacay

This is our 4th time at the Phoenix West. We love the closeness of the beach. The lazy river and slide is a hit every time. Condo was comfortable. The spacious balcony got lots of use. Will come back again.

Great Family Vacay

The unit was much roomier than I expected. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The beach nearby was very convenient. The amenities like the pool and lazy river were very entertaining. Although it was pretty crowded a few days we were there. The unit had plenty of towels and dishes for all of us. And the appliances were clean and ready for us to use.

Over all the condo was great, could use a little more furniture in the living room. The cleaning fees we paid for this condo are quite high and the floors were very dirty between the sand and dirt, I am pretty sure they had not been mopped in quite some time.

The condo is a great location with convenient parking access. Overall, it was mostly clean. However, the seating is worn and uncomfortable. The TV in the living room was 15 years old. Some of the appliances are also dated and in need of replacement. Notified management and hope they listen to the feedback/recommendations to make improvements. It has so much potential.

From the balcony, you could see the ocean stretching out to the horizon, with waves rolling in and gulls flying by. It felt peaceful and private being up high, away from the busyness of the ground level.We spent a lot of time out there—mornings with coffee were especially nice, watching the light change as the sun came up. In the evenings, the sunsets were beautiful, casting warm colors over the water. We even spotted a few boats passing by and some dolphins one morning, which was a nice surprise.The balcony itself was a great size and had enough space to relax comfortably, I’d recommend bringing binoculars as the condo didn’t have any. Overall, the views and the sound of the waves made it hard to leave, and we’ll definitely look for this spot again next time we’re in the area.

Winter stay unit 303

The property is clean and staff is nice and helpful. The indoor heated pool is great as there were a few days of colder weather. The outdoor pool and lazy river are nice but a bit too cold for anyone other than ambitious kids. Our unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, on our second night there was a leak several floors above which leaked through the ceiling in 2 bathrooms. Staff were helpful with providing fans, heaters and dehumidifiers for the bathrooms and hall where the leak was. We couldn’t really use those bathrooms afterwards due to the large noisy equipment in the rooms. The noise from the equipment made one of the bedrooms unusable as well. We didn’t ask to be switched to a different unit as we wanted to be on a lower floor, but it would have been nice if it was offered as it was quite disruptive to our stay. Other than this issue, which was not the fault of this management company, we had only minor issues. One of the toilets has a broken handle and the tank needs to be fixed as we had to take off the lid to stop the constant filling of the tank that would not shut off. With only two remaining usable bathrooms, this was a bit annoying. The supplies include only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no coffee filters. While we have stayed at places with only a “starter pack” of supplies, this is the most bare bones we have had. A bit more attentiveness from the manager and a few extra supplies would go a long way and make this place great.
