We had such a great time staying at this location in Orange Beach. Mary Alice the owner was wonderful and responded to questions really fast!! This location is close to so many places. I already miss sitting out on the balcony drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Will stay here again!!!! THANK YOU MARY ALICE!!

This is the first time we have stayed for a month after retirement. Our choice was perfect. The unit was very clean, well stocked and had a great view of the Gulf. The owner was easy to contact long before we even arrived.. We asked for a few extra things and she was willing to accommodate is. We will come again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our time in this lovely, comfortable condo. It was as we expected from photos and well stocked with kitchen items to cook if you wish. It was very clean, which was obvious from the fresh, clean scent when we entered, as well as the appearance of every room. Mary is just over the top in regard to assuring her guests are satisfied. If the opportunity arises we will definitely stay here again.

Good value, good location

We enjoyed the condo, very close to Gulf State park. 6th floor was great to listen to the waves. Overall a very comfortable condo. A couple of suggestions would be to talk to housekeeping about the cleaning products used and the lingering smells. I would love a choice of coffee makers. Kurig is convenient but the plastic and taste is not comparable to a regular coffee pot, just a suggestion. We would stay here again.

The condo was lovely. Mary Alice was very attentive to any needs and was very helpful. The condo was very nice and the view was amazing! The location is perfect. We walked next door to Coastal every night for drinks and dinner right in the water. Beautiful place. 10 min drive to happy harbor where we rented a boat for one day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condominium, great location

The condo is pristine, with a great kitchen, spacious living area, cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice showers in the bathrooms. The balcony was perfect for eating lunch, playing cards, and enjoying the beautiful beachfront view of the Gulf! The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and ping pong table were a real treat. The beach is so accessible there is a volleyball net very near the boardwalk that we enjoyed. There is a Publix and a Starbucks right across the street, and less than 10 minutes to Cosmos, Zekes, Docs, adventure island, and many other attractions. Walking distance to Coastal. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!! Will definitely be renting again for the next beach trip!

Gorgeous Unit

This was the best stay we've ever had at the beach. Even the hubby, whos not a beach fan said hed cone back, only if we stay here. So thats a huge compliment. The unit was neat, clean, no weird smells. The manager/owner, Mary was responsive and super sweet. Gorgeous view of the beach. Would definitely recommend. I'd give it 10 stars if i could.

Clean and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! As mentioned in previous reviews, the great room furniture needs updating but it was clean. The only problem I had was the mattress in the main bedroom, it was a bit hard for me. The bathrooms and kitchen have been beautifully updated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need too! It is a great condo complex and everything throughout the complex is clean. It is a really great location! Mary was a joy to work with also!

Incredible Getaway

We booked with a stranger and felt like we stayed with family. Mary Alice is a 10 star host. This trip was a special trip for myself and my two sons who are currently seniors. I wanted everything to be as perfect as possible as we had a limited getaway time. Boy did I find the right place. Mary Alice helped suggest things to do in the area and places to eat. She went above and beyond in her hospitality. The condo itself is gorgeous with an incredible view. The building has a nice workout room, sauna, hot tub and steam room. The grounds were clean and well kept. The location is very convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I can’t rate this condo high enough. I look forward to the next time we can stay here!!
