"Million Dollar View"

  • NEWLY REMODELED (New floors and new shower in bathroom.)
    Four Winds Condominium is one of the nicer complex in the area. This 36 unit condominium complex is low density and offers many of the same features found in much larger complexes.

    Unit 702 is located on the 7th floor. This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo has been recently renovated and is perfect for a couple or small family and will sleep 3 adults and 2 small children comfortably.

    The Master bedroom offers a King bed with a flat screen TV and private full bathroom. This unit also offers two built in bunk beds with new mattresses that are located in the hallway.

    The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, with 65 inch flat screen TV and a private Gulf front balcony that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you like the relaxing sound of waves hitting the sugar white sand from your own private balcony, this is the place to kick back.

    The unit is also equipped with a fully equiped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer combo. We have recently added a Keurig Coffee Maker.

    Don't forget to bring your laptop because this unit offers FREE wifi..

    In addition to the large outdoor pool this complex also features a hot tub and a wading pool for children.

    Four Winds is located directly across the street from Wolf Bay and The Ruby Slipper restaurants.

Condo was clean and had all amenities described. Bed sleep comfortably. Sheets and blanket were very soft and cozy. My only complaint was the couch was hard and uncomfortable to sit on for very long. Otherwise a great condo. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach. The elevator was fast, hardly had to wait for it. Plenty of good restaurants close by. We plan to schedule another trip soon.

Wonder full week on Orange Beach!

This VRBO was a perfect vacation for us. Great location on the beach. Very nice building all together. Wonderful view of the Gulf, we saw dolphins every morning. The condo was nice and clean. Condo was conveniently located near restaurants and activities. The parking lot was easy to get in and out. Parking lot was plenty large enough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nice to be back at Four Winds

We have stayed at Four Winds many times and it's a favorite place to stay; this was our first time at this unit. We love the smaller building with easy parking and easy access to the beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony with the million dollar view, and walking on the beach mornings and evenings. The place was clean and well cared for with updated appliances. The weather the first week was windy, humid, with lots of large waves. The second week the weather was quieter, dryer, and calm waves. We love the sand of Orange Beach. The shower was amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Great rental for a quiet couples vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Caroyln's condo at Four Winds. The property was nice and quiet. Great location. One thing that we didn't catch in other reviews that could help future prospective renters... The master bedroom is located in the back of the condo and not attached to the balcony or facing the ocean. The only bedroom window looks out to the hallway and elevators facing inland. Not a deal breaker by any means, but not something that was not clearly advertised in the listing or pictures. The location is perfect. We were minutes from fine dining and several grocery stores. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Winter Getaway

Four Winds is a smaller condo building so ease of getting in and out is best we’ve had. Everything was in great shape. We just came in and started our vacation. Kitchen was well equipped. We ate two meals in each day and went out once a day. Even tho air temperature was in 60s, it was very pleasant sitting outside on balcony. It felt good to be in the sun. We read, played games, watched TV and caught up on sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Bonus was catching beads at Mardi Gras parade right in front of building. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Billion Dollar View/ Million Dollar Experience

When we arrived and opened the front door my wife had tears of happiness. It compared to some of the 5 star resorts we visited The condo was very well maintained and had everything you would need and more! (The pictures don’t give it any justice) The views and closeness to the ocean as u can really hear the ocean and see the dolphins. The pool is 30 second walk after you leave the elevator and the pool only 90 more seconds till you arrive daily at your 2 chairs and umbrella included. Lastly the owners were so caring always a few seconds away from a return call or text. We have found our new home and will be there every September or more!
